Tatiana was wonderful. I was out of town during the whole process, and Tatiana went above and beyond the job distribution of a realtor. She handled everything that came up and I ask her to help many times since I was not there. If anyone can say " She was my personal Realtor, I can certainly say that. I felt she was even more than that, she was my friend. Anyone who has Tatiana on their team is very lucky.
This agent succeeded where others failed! We had a difficult sale, yet Ms. Kirilenko never let any setback (or irate seller) frustrate her. Tatiana is always positive and incredibly tenacious. We had previously been subjected to various sales and marketing "processes". While the mega agent approach may be a good business model, they exhibited severe gaps when it came to selling our home. My interest as a seller is not to make a mega agent richer.I just want to sell my home. Our property had a unique configuration that did not appeal to the majority of buyers in our market tier. The "Mega" and so called "Premier" agents just seem to stall when their standard process did not sell the house, and this is where Ms. Kirilenko shined, she did a walk through, decided on how she thought the place should be staged, ordered some photos and we were on our way. I have now used Tatiana to both sell and purchase a property and she was excellent at both ends of that spectrum. She is always available, and answers questions in a way that makes it easy to understand. Would highly recommend her and will definitely use her again in the future for any house requirements I may have.
I really enjoyed working with Tatiana on selling my home. She has great communication, gives great suggestions on repairs needed and on staging to get max market price, was great with negotiations, and helped set a price precedent in the neighborhood area. For 3 years, my investment was tied up in this property and it looked like I was going to have to take a loss if I sold it the past 3 times I put the home on the market with other realtors. By working with her I was able to climb out of a hole and actually make a profit from the sell. I am very happy with the outcome and her services and look forward to working with her in future when buying and selling.
